Mar. 23, 2017—The Vanderbilt University School of Nursing will soon break ground on a new 29,947-square-foot addition on the Vanderbilt campus. Construction is expected to begin in late spring 2017.

Aug. 15, 2016—Vanderbilt University Chancellor Nicholas S. Zeppos announced today that the university will return a donation made 83 years ago so it can remove a controversial inscription from one of its residence halls.
Aug. 12, 2016—Before Commencement in May, 1,195 members of the Class of 2016 made gifts to the annual Senior Class Fund, representing a record-high 76 percent participation rate.
Aug. 10, 2016—The Vanderbilt University Alumni Association Board of Directors announces new leadership and the addition of eight new members. On July 1, Perry Brandt, BA’74, JD’77, replaced Patti White, BA’76, as president, and Dan Lovinger, BA’87, became president-elect. Each will serve a two-year term.
May. 16, 2016—Katharine S. Brooks, a nationally recognized expert with more than 25 years' experience supporting the career needs of college students and alumni, has been named the Evans Family Executive Director of Vanderbilt’s Center for Student Professional Development.
