Vanderbilt University employees and their families are invited to attend a pre-concert reception at 7 p.m. followed by the performance at 8 p.m. by the Vanderbilt University Orchestra and the Vanderbilt University Singers.

Feb. 13, 2020—There's still time for Vanderbilt University staff to participate in the 2020 Staff Engagement Survey, a confidential way for university leaders to collect feedback in order to recognize what Vanderbilt is doing well and where improvements are needed. The survey remains open through Friday, Feb. 21.
Form 1095-C now available online at My VU Benefits
Feb. 11, 2020—Form 1095-C is a tax form required by the Affordable Care Act. Every employee of Vanderbilt University who is eligible for insurance coverage should receive a 1095-C. The form also can be downloaded from My VU Benefits.
Report 2019 contributions to outside retirement plans by April 1
Feb. 7, 2020—If you contribute to a non-Vanderbilt University retirement plan through an outside business in which you are at least a 50 percent owner, you should report your 2019 contributions to Vanderbilt Human Resources by April 1.
Employee Appreciation Women’s Basketball Family Fest set for Feb. 20
Jan. 31, 2020—Vanderbilt University employees and their families are invited to cheer on the Commodore women’s basketball team as they take on the Missouri Tigers on Thursday, Feb 20. This free Employee Appreciation event begins with a Family Fest at 5 p.m. in the Memorial Practice Gym, followed by the game at 7 p.m.
