Jan. 22, 2020—The Vanderbilt alumni network is a tremendous resource for students who are preparing for life after graduation. Last summer Carson Crocker, a sophomore at Peabody College, enjoyed a rewarding six weeks at the Dallas digital marketing agency Belo+Company thanks to an opportunity made available by Tim Storer, BE’96.
Jan. 6, 2020—Five Vanderbilt alumni have been selected for the 2020 Forbes “30 Under 30.” The list highlights “600 revolutionaries in 20 industries changing the course—and the face—of business and society.”
Jun. 28, 2019—The Vanderbilt Alumni Association Board announces seven new members, who began their three-year terms July 1.
May. 23, 2019—The Vanderbilt Alumni Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce its 2019 alumni award recipients.
Apr. 9, 2019—Vanderbilt has a longstanding commitment to community service, including strong student traditions such as Alternative Spring Break and supporting areas of need in the Nashville area. In March 2019, the Vanderbilt Alumni Association celebrated that passion with a new monthlong series, Commodores in the Community, to extend the collective impact of the global Vanderbilt alumni network.
Apr. 2, 2019—The "Nashville Business Journal" recently released its 2019 “40 under 40” honorees. The list includes six Vanderbilt alumni.
Mar. 7, 2019—Volunteer Leadership Weekend brought more than 200 alumni and parent volunteer leaders together to celebrate their engagement with the university and to create strategies to support Vanderbilt’s goals for the future.
Dec. 19, 2018—Two Vanderbilt alumni are among the young innovators who are “shaking up the world’s stodgiest industries” in the 2019 Forbes “30 Under 30.”
