Apr. 30, 2018—Margaret Emley, interim director of real estate at Vanderbilt, has been appointed director of real estate for the university.
Aug. 21, 2017—Ally Sullivan, director of real estate at Vanderbilt University, has been appointed executive director of Facilities Business Operations following a national search. In this newly created role, Sullivan will lead the fiscal, administrative and business services that support the institution-wide Facilities organization.

Jul. 20, 2015—Vanderbilt University has acquired the Disciples of Christ Historical Society building, located at 1101 19th Ave. S. The university plans to utilize the DCHS building as office space in support of its academic mission.
Oct. 23, 2012—The Smart Modal Area Recharge Terminal, or SMART station, can accommodate 10 vehicles and joins five other stations scattered across the campus and medical center, bringing the total number of EV charging bays to 19.
