Commons Reading announced for 2018-19
The Commons Reading for the 2018-19 academic year will be "The Happiness Hypothesis: Finding Modern Truth in Ancient Wisdom" by Jonathan Haidt. Blair, Library honor Violins of Hope project with series of upcoming performances
Twenty-two violins—most most of which were played by Jewish musicians interned in concentration camps during the Holocaust—have arrived in Music City from Israel, where they will be heard once more as the Violins of Hope.
