Feb. 22, 2017—On March 1, the Vanderbilt Child and Family Center’s “Boomers, Elders and More” series welcomes Sandra F. Simmons, associate professor of medicine in the Division of Geriatrics, to help employees learn more about how to choose a care facility that meets their loved ones’ needs.

Nov. 23, 2016—Family members who do not live near elderly loved ones often come home to find living situations have changed since their previous visit. Amy Walter, a licensed master social worker with Senior Helpers, will provide resources to help you assess your loved one’s self-sufficiency to remain in the home.
