He will oversee all aspects of Vanderbilt University Public Safety while working directly with Vice Chancellor Eric Kopstain on Division of Administration initiatives focusing on equity, diversity and inclusion as well as workforce development. Vanderbilt commits to first-of-its-kind renewable energy partnership with TVA, NES
Vanderbilt University has entered into a pioneering agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority and Nashville Electric Service to procure off-site large-scale renewable energy to help mitigate the campus’ greenhouse gas emissions. Kopstain announces new structure of Title IX and EEO offices
Stephanie Roth has been appointed interim associate vice chancellor for Title IX and equal employment opportunity, Vice Chancellor for Administration Eric Kopstain announced today. Roth also will serve as the university’s Title IX coordinator. The Office of Title IX and Student Discrimination and the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity both will report directly to Roth. Annual report on campus sustainability efforts now available
Vanderbilt University greenhouse gas emissions have dropped 7 percent per square foot compared to FY17-18, and 18.5 percent compared to calendar year 2016. A one-of-a-kind playhouse inspired by the Beatrix Potter story "The Tale of Peter Rabbit" has been installed at The Susan Gray School at Vanderbilt Peabody College.
