Vanderbilt University has entered into a pioneering agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority and Nashville Electric Service to procure off-site large-scale renewable energy to help mitigate the campus’ greenhouse gas emissions. A one-of-a-kind playhouse inspired by the Beatrix Potter story "The Tale of Peter Rabbit" has been installed at The Susan Gray School at Vanderbilt Peabody College.
