LeBoeuf called to active duty as Army University’s vice provost of academic affairs
Feb. 11, 2016—Brig. Gen. Eugene J. LeBoeuf, a civil engineering professor at Vanderbilt, has been called to active duty in the U.S. Army to serve as vice provost of academic affairs for Army University and deputy commanding general for reserve affairs for the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center.
Engineering professor promoted to U.S. Army brigadier general
Jul. 15, 2015—Eugene J. LeBoeuf’s Vanderbilt colleagues, his friends, neighbors and family witnessed a moving promotion recognition ceremony at the School of Engineering June 27, when the professor was honored as brigadier general of the 416th Theater Engineer Command, U.S. Army Reserve.
Third environmental engineering professor is certified by U.S. academy
Dec. 12, 2013—Eugene LeBoeuf is the third Vanderbilt environmental engineering faculty member in two years to be accepted into the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists as a board certified environmental engineering member.
