With enhanced features and updated point opportunities, it’s now easier (and more rewarding) to prioritize your health and wellness in the year ahead. You now have access to more tools, more personalized content and more ways to earn rewards.

Whether you’re just getting started or already actively using the platform, these updates are designed to meet you where you are and support progress at your pace. Check out what’s new:

  • Nutrition Guide: Eating healthier is simpler than ever! This new dashboard helps you personalize your approach to eating, whether you’re aiming to be more of a meal planner or a more balanced eater. By answering a few quick questions about the changes you’d like to make, you’ll receive personalized tools, tips and delicious recipes from Foodsmart—customized for you. It’s everything you need to stay on track with your nutritional goals.
  • Sleep Guide: Healthy sleep habits set the foundation for overall well-being. Getting enough sleep doesn’t just help you feel rested—it can strengthen memory, lower stress, support disease prevention and improve mood. This new dashboard helps you set a personalized sleep goal, explore ideas for your nightly routine, gain insights into your sleep patterns and learn how to make healthier sleep choices.
  • Dynamic Personalization: No more searching through tabs and categories. Simply scroll to the bottom of your home screen to find the Discover Catalog, powered by Percy IQ. This personalized catalog brings together Journeys, videos, habits and more—curated based on your interests and needs—to help you improve your health and work toward your goals.
  • Instructor-Led Workouts: Through a new partnership with the popular fitness app FitOn, the Media Library now features on-demand fitness classes you can stream anytime, anywhere. These full-length, instructor-led sessions include strength training, cardio, yoga and Pilates—bringing fitness to you at home, on campus or wherever your day takes you. Classes are designed for a variety of fitness levels and can be done at your pace.

Updated Point Levels and New Bonus Level 5

As we move into 2026, point levels have been refreshed to better support consistent, meaningful engagement with your well-being throughout the year. These updates are designed to encourage steady participation over time, rather than short-term bursts—because lasting well-being isn’t built in a few weeks, but through healthy habits practiced month after month.

Updated point levels for 2026 include:

  • Level 1: 1,000 points
  • Level 2: 5,000 points
  • Level 3: 10,000 points
  • Level 4: 15,000 points
  • Bonus Level 5: 20,000 points

New for 2026: Bonus Level 5

Members who complete Level 4 can unlock Bonus Level 5, offering an opportunity to earn even more rewards for consistent engagement. Bonus Level 5 is designed to recognize those who continue prioritizing their well-being beyond the standard levels.

To qualify for the Bonus Level 5 drawing, members must:

  • Engage with the Personify Health platform each month of the quarter, and
  • Reach 20,000 points by the end of the quarter

Each quarter, three qualifying members will be randomly selected to earn an additional $50 reward.

More Ways to Earn Points

We’ve also increased point values for the following activities to help you reach your goals faster:

  • Self-enter measurements: 100 points
  • Create a personal challenge: 100 points
  • Complete three preventive care activities: 750 points
