New this academic year and held at the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center is “Vandy Cooks with Faculty.” Faculty from across the university will share their passion for cooking as they prepare and share favorite dishes at monthly presentations.
For the inaugural session, join Peter Lorge, associate professor of premodern Chinese and military history as he shares two of his favorite Chinese recipes: dry-fried green beans and Yuxiang eggplant.

Vandy Cooks with Faculty is hosted monthly by the Vanderbilt David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center to support community within the Vanderbilt population through a culinary experience.
