The Game Plan for Your Health video “Resilience:  Turning Challenges into Success” will be showing at the Sarratt Cinema on the half-hour on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All are invited to come and watch the 23-minute video and answer the questions to complete this step for Go for the Gold.

Health Plus will offer Know Your Numbers and Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) will offer flu vaccinations.

Reminder: the Go for the Gold deadline is midnight, Oct. 31.
