Student Centers

Beginning Monday, March 16, the Student Centers team will begin accepting event reservation requests for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. These requests are intended for large-scale, signature events hosted by university departments in our largest venues, including the Student Life Center Ballrooms, Sarratt Cinema, Rothschild Black Box Theater, Alumni Hall, Carmichael Conference Center and designated outdoor spaces at Vanderbilt University. Recurring reservations (weekly/monthly meetings) will open mid-April for next academic year. Read More
