Beginning Monday, Feb. 5, the Student Centers team is taking reservation requests for fall 2024 and spring 2025. These requests are for large-scale signature events hosted by university departments in our largest event spaces (e.g. Student Life Center Ballrooms, Sarratt Cinema, Rothschild Black Box Theater, Alumni Hall and outdoor spaces).
You may submit your request through the online EMS Application using these templates:
- Student Centers – Book an Event for Staff >4 weeks
- Student Centers – Book an Outdoor Space >4 weeks
You will receive communication from the intake team when your request has been processed or if there are any questions about the request. Please email eventservices@vanderbilt.edu for assistance or additional information.
