The Amplify Staff Fellows program is not a lecture series or a passive introduction to technology. It’s a hands-on innovation lab where small cohorts of staff with intermediate or above familiarity with generative AI meet every other week to experiment, collaborate and build. Effective Jan 1, 2026, Vanderbilt will increase its voluntary matching contributions from 3% to 3.5%.
