Golnaz Arastoopour Irgens
Assistant Professor of Human-Centered Technologies
Golnaz Arastoopour Irgens researches the design of digital learning environments that integrate computer science and culturally-responsive/critical pedagogies; she also uses quantitative ethnography and other learning analytics to study learner engagement with digital technologies.
Lora Delgado
Lecturer of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations
Lora Delgado has founded and directed early childhood non-profit organizations, worked as an elementary school teacher and instructional coach/mentor, designed leadership and development programs for recent college graduates, and trained school principals in action research and instructional leadership.
Eleanor Hancock
Assistant Professor of the Practice of Special Education
Eleanor Hancock’s primary research interests are in the areas of teacher preparation and tiered behavioral interventions for students in general and special education classrooms.
Vishesh Kumar
Assistant Professor of Teaching and Learning
Vishesh Kumar designs and studies technological tools, activities, and games that enrich learning by diversifying and strengthening social connections and learning opportunities. He seeks to disrupt disciplinary boundaries and practices as well as teacher-child, adult-child, and expert-novice binaries.

Lecturer of Special Education, Director, Applied Behavior Analysis Online Graduate Program
Thomas Szabo is a peer-reviewed acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) trainer and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who teaches people how to ignite psychological flexibility in their personal lives and with others in clinical practice, schools, and other settings.
Jay Tift
Lecturer of Human and Organizational Development
Jay Tift teaches in and studies professional ethics, leadership, clinical supervision, and clinical mental health counseling practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in human and organizational development.
