Electronic W-2s are now available through ADP W-2 Services as an enhanced benefit for Vanderbilt University employees. Electronic W-2s are accessible at any time, and ADP W-2 Services simplifies the process of using tax preparation software. Use the control number on your form to automatically upload the document’s data into your preferred tax prep software. Hosting W-2s through ADP also allows former VU employees who no longer have a VUnetID to access their documents with a username and password after they complete a registration process.
To view or print your W-2:
- Log into Oracle Cloud using your VUnetID and password
- Under the “Me” tab, click on the option ADP W-2s (2020-Current). This will open a separate tab.
- Use your VUnetID and password to access ADP’s site.
- Choose the tax statement you’d like to view and click “View Statement.”
As a reminder, the IRS allows employers to voluntarily mask social security numbers on employee copies as a security enhancement so you will only see the last four digits of your taxpayer ID on your form.
