On Saturday, Sept. 9, construction hours at the Highland Plant site at the corner of Children’s Way and 25th Avenue South will be extended to midnight to complete a concrete pour.
Disruptive noise will occur from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and workers will be on site until midnight. All pedestrian and bicyclist pathways in the area will remain open.
Normal weekend construction hours will resume Sunday, Sept. 10, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekday construction hours will resume Monday, Sept. 11, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no loud, disruptive noise starting until after 8 a.m.

Although extended hours are not typical, construction work is fluid, and your understanding is much appreciated.
