Athletics events may bring high volume of traffic to campus
The Vanderbilt Commodores are scheduled to take on the University of Kentucky on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 7:30 p.m. and Texas A&M on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 6 p.m. at Memorial Gym. On Feb. 6 there is also a special event at Langford Auditorium. These events are expected to cause higher volume of traffic in the area and the 25th Avenue Garage. After-hours concrete pour to occur at Highland Plant construction site Sept. 9
On Saturday, Sept. 9, construction hours at the Highland Plant site at the corner of Children's Way and 25th Avenue South will be extended to midnight to complete a concrete pour. Disruptive noise will occur from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and workers will be on site until midnight. Read MoreSep 8, 2023

Part of Medical Center Drive to close for 16 months beginning Aug. 18

Access road installation from Stevenson Center Lane to Garland Hall changes pedestrian routes beginning June 26
Garland Hall will be undergoing construction to improve the building's interior and enhance accessibility. To prepare for this project, an access road will be installed in three phases to minimize the impact to pedestrian traffic. Natchez Trace closure delayed until further notice

Sidewalk closure on 21st Avenue in front of School of Nursing begins March 11

Kirkland Hall fencing to be expanded beginning March 8
Beginning Wednesday, March 8, the construction fencing around Kirkland Hall will expand to fully enclose Kirkland Circle between Warren and Moore Colleges and E. Bronson Ingram College.
