Join Karman Meyer, a registered dietitian, nutritionist, author and blogger, as she shares her expertise in healthy eating for the March edition of Vandy Cooks. The event will be on Thursday, March 23, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center’s demonstration kitchen.
This Vandy Cooks is all about creating a delicious and easy breakfast. Meyer will share healthy breakfast recipes, including a quinoa salad and egg muffins. In addition, copies of her most recent book will be available for purchase and signing.
Meyer has 15 years of experience in the nutrition and food industry. She’s the author of Eat To Sleep: What To Eat and When To Eat It for a Good Night’s Sleep and The Everything DASH Diet Meal Prep Cookbook. Meyer has appeared on PBS and has been featured in publications such as Bon Appetit, Shape magazine, FoodNetwork.com and WomensHealthMag.com.

Vandy Cooks is hosted monthly by the Vanderbilt David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center to support healthy eating through cooking presentations that feature the many aspects of food preparation.
