The Tennessee Education Research Alliance (TERA) will host Strengthening Tennessee’s Education Labor Market: The Role of School Leadership, 9–11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4. It will be held in the Wyatt Center Rotunda (1930 South Drive, Nashville) at Vanderbilt’s Peabody College of education and human development. It is free and open to the public. A light breakfast will be served.
Jason Grissom, associate professor of public policy and education at Peabody, will discuss his research on the labor market for Tennessee school leaders in support of TERA’s research strand, Strengthening Tennessee’s Education Labor Market.
Following will be a panel discussion on the implications of the research, featuring Grissom and Tennessee Education Commissioner Candice McQueen as well as district and school leaders.
