Walking Wednesdays starts April 6

The Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center‘s group fitness coordinator, Lori Cowan, will lead a walking group every Wednesday around campus for 30 minutes from April 6 through May 25.

The Walking Wednesdays group will meet at Eskind Library at 11:30 a.m. for some quick stretches before the walk. When it rains, the group will walk in the tunnels. Rain or shine, we want the Vanderbilt community to have a weekly healthy stress outlet. The event is open to students, faculty, or staff within the Vanderbilt community.
