To reflect our commitment to the environment and sustainability, Vanderbilt will no longer print pay advices for employees on direct deposit, excluding union employees, beginning Jan. 1. Most employees already receive electronic paychecks and will not be affected by this change.
You will still be able to log into C2HR to view, save and print payment details and advice statements. This information can be found in the Payment History tab of C2HR, and paychecks dating back to July 1998 are available. If you need a copy of a particular paystub but do not have access to a computer or printer, you can visit HR Express.
Please note that former employees can still access C2HR using their VUnetIDs. Former employees must provide a personal email address and set up a new password.
