Health Plus will host Know Your Numbers stations on Oct. 29 and 31 to help faculty and staff complete their Go for the Gold by the Oct. 31 deadline. At the stations, weight, blood pressure and body mass index will be checked. Assistance with Go for the Gold also will be available.

Know Your Numbers is always available at Health Plus, Kensington Garage, club level, Monday through Friday, 5 a.m.—9 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m.—2 p.m.
Please bring your Vanderbilt ID card to all Health Plus events.
You can now view your Know Your Numbers measurements at the Health and Wellness Information Portal as well as your Go for the gold completion status.
