School of Nursing participates in new VUMC initiative funded by Tennessee Dept. of Health
The School of Nursing is participating in a new Vanderbilt University Medical Center initiative funded with a $3.9 million grant to VUMC from the Tennessee Department of Health. The initiative will evaluate innovative models of nursing care that include screening and responding to social drivers of health. Existing residence halls to remain in Highland Quad through 2024–25
Although plans for a reimagined Highland Quad continue to move forward, its planned demolition has been put on hold as the university assesses additional locations for future residential colleges and other possible uses for the Highland Quad area.
