Beginning, Monday, Feb. 10, our Student Centers team will be ready to receive your reservation requests for fall 2025 and spring 2026. These requests are for large-scale signature events hosted by your university department occurring in our largest event spaces (Student Life Center Ballrooms, Sarratt Cinema, Rothschild Black Box Theater, Alumni Hall and outdoor spaces).
You may submit your request through the online EMS Application by using these templates. A guide of templates and descriptions is available online.
- Staff – Book an Event Space C/D > 4 weeks
- Staff – Book a Performance Space > 8 weeks
- Staff – Book the SLC Ballroom > 8 weeks
- Staff– Book an Outdoor Space > 8 weeks
