Beginning Aug. 29, Vanderbilt staff will have free access to innovative, data-driven educational resources through the Digital Learning Marketplace within the Learning Hub in Oracle. The platform is powered by LinkedIn Learning and OpenSesame. This marks the first phase of People, Culture and Belonging’s Futures Learning Hub, which includes a state-of-the-art blend of digital and physical spaces aimed at enhancing professional, leadership, technical and compliance skills.

Courses are accessible through the Learning Hub in Oracle, with learning opportunities from financial literacy to industry-specific trainings.
Phases of the Futures Learning Hub:
- Phase 1: Digital Marketplace: Access 45,000 online courses in 50 languages via Oracle Learning Hub.
- Phase 2: Live Experiences: Participate in immersive workshops, hands-on sessions and real-world scenarios that boost peer learning and teamwork.
- Phase 3: Virtual Adventures: Explore virtual tours, 3D worlds and VR/AR experiences that sharpen decision-making and problem-solving skills through quick, impactful learning.
