- Challenges: These are a great way to add a healthy dose of friendly competition to wellness. Challenges will encourage you and your colleagues to use the program daily and help you achieve your wellness goals over the long term—all while having fun!
- Family & Friends: You can extend your community by inviting up to 10 friends or family members.
- Social Groups: You can create and join groups based on interests to build social connections, share achievements and more.
- Shout-outs: You can recognize other employees, show your appreciation and encourage others to achieve their goals.

Bridges Around the World: Feb. 12–26
Bridges can inspire. They can also make you a little dizzy. On this challenge, you will visit some of the tallest, longest, most iconic bridges in the world. Join others on your survey of some of the world’s most amazing bridges and earn up to 400 points.
Create your five-player team and travel across the virtual world by unlocking destinations with your team’s step score.
Points received for:
- Unlocking a destination (25 points)
- Posting a chat comment at least once a week for all weeks of the challenge (50 points)
- Creating a team and recruiting enough players (50 points)
- Reaching the final destination (400 points)
Go to Social > Challenges
Click the Join In, and you will be prompted to create your own team or join one of the teams already created.
