As the winter break approaches, please be aware of the following changes to Vanderbilt Mail Services operations.
In observance of Winter Break, Mail Services will be closed from Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, through Monday, Jan. 1, 2024. Normal operations will resume Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.
For critical year-end mailing needs, Mail Services’ Station B Post Office will be open on Thursday, Dec. 28, and Friday, Dec. 29, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
During these two days, staff will be in place to ensure that essential mail services remain uninterrupted for departments requiring support. The services offered will include metering mail and package pick-up and drop-off. Additionally, the package pick-up window will be open for the convenience of the Vanderbilt community.
Please note that Peabody mail services will not be operational, and the USPS window at Station B will not be open for stamp sales. Station B will facilitate the collection of packages for anyone on campus.
