Parking Lot 104 and the west sidewalk on 24th Avenue will be closed from Monday, March 6, to Monday, March 13, for construction related to Vanderbilt University’s Central Utilities Initiative project. This is the first of three phases of work that will occur in this area.
Pedestrians will still be able to use the north side of Children’s Way and the east side of 24th Avenue. Please refer to the below illustration that identifies details of traffic and pedestrian impacts, as well as adjustments to Blair building drop-offs, deliveries and parking during this phase of construction. Signs will be in place to help everyone safely navigate the work zone.
The ADA parking spots in lot 104 and around the Blair School of Music will be accessible for the duration of these dates.
