Attend this session and take some time to focus on the state of your team. There are five dysfunctions as diagnosed by the author that can impair the performance and success of any team. In our virtual environment, teamwork has looked a bit different over the past 1.5 years. We want to equip you with knowledge about each dysfunction and strategies for proactively addressing it within the workplace.
