With over 75 research collaborations and 26 published studies, Headspace has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus, and increase resilience and happiness.

Headspace is full of content to help you manage everyday stress and anxiety, as well as content specifically tailored toward students. Under the “Focus” tab, you’ll find a section devoted to studying that contains meditations for exam prep, creative writing, presentations and more. Focus music also can help you create a productive study environment.
