While the university works to keep the campus community as safe and healthy as possible, the COVID-19 pandemic has led to some challenges for Vanderbilt’s award-winning dining halls.
In the above video, David ter Kuile, associate vice chancellor of auxiliary services, and members of his Campus Dining team discuss the value of being part of the Vanderbilt community and ways they are working to create an excellent environment for students, faculty and staff while dealing with challenges such as staffing and supply chain issues.
“All of us on the Campus Dining team are dedicated to creating an excellent dining experience for our students and the campus community,” he said. “Despite the challenges this year, our team is working tirelessly to ensure that our students have easy access to a wide variety of healthy and delicious meal options.”
