Vanderbilt University’s new career and compensation framework is designed to provide staff and leadership with a transparent, market-based structure, practical tools and information necessary for navigating careers. It also provides resources that facilitate fair, equitable and consistent compensation practices. In conjunction with the framework, a resource website, serving as the hub for information to support members of the Vanderbilt community as they navigate the new framework, is now live.

Please note there are two session types, one designed for leadership (hiring managers, supervisors, etc.) and one for all staff employees.
