Employee Appreciation: ‘A Night of Music’ April 13

Vanderbilt University Employee Appreciation presents “A Night of Music: Mozart’s Requiem” on Saturday, April 13, featuring the Vanderbilt Chorale, Vanderbilt Symphonic Choir and Vanderbilt University Orchestra under the direction of Tucker Biddlecombe, associate professor of choral studies. The event is free for Vanderbilt employees and their guests.

A pre-concert reception for Vanderbilt employees and their guests is scheduled for 7 p.m., with the performance to begin at 8 p.m. in Ingram Hall at the Blair School of Music.

Complimentary parking will be available in West Garage, 2500 Children’s Way (use the Children’s Way entrance).

Mozart’s Requiem is a choral masterpiece whose genesis is shrouded in mystery, making the classic work both fascinating and emotionally stirring.
