Because of the need to convert current retirement plan contributions to Oracle Cloud, there will be a period of time when employees are unable to make changes to their retirement plan contribution percentages.
Beginning Dec. 1 through the launch of Oracle Cloud in early January 2018, Fidelity NetBenefits will not accept contribution changes (i.e., changing a 3 percent contribution to 5 percent) to retirement plans. This will not impact the ability to reallocate current funds.
Human Resources encourages all employees to carefully consider how this contribution freeze may affect their retirement and overall financial plan for 2018.
If you have questions, please contact Human Resources.
