March is the second month of the Health Plus Count on Your Heart Program. During the month, participate in the Make a Small Change Challenge and commit to making one small change each week. Choose from simple actions that will help you get active, eat better and be mindful.

Each week, make one small change and complete a short participation survey. Complete three of the four weekly participation surveys and you will receive a Vandy Cooks PDF cookbook featuring recipes from Vanderbilt chefs and registered dietitians.
