The 2012 Vanderbilt Farmers’ Market will hold its final gathering of the year on Oct. 25 at Medical Center Plaza. It will be open from 3 to 6 p.m.
Stop by and shop for local seasonal fruits and vegetables; dairy products such as goat cheese, milk and yogurt; grass-fed beef; eggs; pasta; honey; healthy baked goods; and flowers.
Vendors include Noble Springs, JD Country Milk, Walnut Hills Farm, Provence Breads and many more. Cash is accepted by all vendors. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted by some.
The Vanderbilt Farmers’ Market, which runs May through October, is a collaboration among Health Plus, the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and the Nashville Farmers’ Market.
