Employees can earn up to $1,500 for referring a Health IT professional through Vanderbilt’s Referral Bonus Program now through June 12.
The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
- $750 after the Health IT professional has been employed 90 days; and
- $750 after the Health IT professional has worked at Vanderbilt for one year.
Vanderbilt employees who want to refer a Health IT professional should follow these steps:
- Refer the Health IT professional to the Work at Vanderbilt website to complete an online application.
- Ask the Health IT professional to include your name, as it listed in People Finder, as the referral source when completing the initial application/profile.
