Open Enrollment is right around the corner. Are you ready? To help you prepare, Vanderbilt’s HR team is sharing the top 10 things you need to know.
Open Enrollment selections should be submitted online in MyVU Benefits. You can make selections from any Internet-connected computer or device, anywhere in the world. All you will need is your VUnetID and password to access My VU Benefits.
If you need help enrolling or don’t have access to a computer, visit the HR Express office on the second floor of the 2525 West End Building or one of our enrollment labs during the Open Enrollment period. Information on the times and locations of the enrollment labs are listed on the HR website at hr.vanderbilt.edu/oe.
Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. Oct. 15 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Oct. 31. Selections are effective Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2015, unless you have a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce or the birth of a child. Visit hr.vanderbilt.edu/oe for additional information, and stay tuned for more tips.
