University Central employees who are not working on Friday, July 4, for Independence Day should record the time off as a holiday in Kronos, e-Timesheet or Exempt Time Off (ETO), even though some are moving to flexPTO in July.
For university central employees moving to flexPTO, Labor Day will be the first holiday recorded as flexPTO.

Medical Center employees who are not working on Independence Day should continue to mark their time off as flexPTO.
