Due to planned upgrades, Vanderbilt’s benefits enrollment website, My VU Benefits, will be unavailable June 21-22. The outage will begin at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, and the site will be available again at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, June 23.
While the site is down, you will not be able to:
- Enroll for benefits;
- Manage your flexible spending accounts (FSAs);
- View and/or update your beneficiaries;
- View your dependents;
- Declare a life change (family status change, such as getting married or having a baby); or
- View your benefits elections (except for retirement, which is on C2HR).
If you are a new employee or if you need to make a benefits change due to a life event, please factor this outage into your enrollment or change window.
