All undergraduate campus residents should make plans to move out no later than Sunday, March 15, and should complete the required Spring Move-Out Information Form available on the OHARE website as soon as possible. For the Vanderbilt community: University moves to alternative education for remainder of semester
On March 11, the university received notice from Vanderbilt University Medical Center that a VUMC health care worker has tested positive for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution and based on public health recommendations and best practices, the university will move fully to online and alternative learning for the remainder of the semester, and all undergraduate residential students should make plans to move out by Sunday, March 15. Students who have had direct contact with someone who is infected with COVID-19, or who have traveled to China, South Korea, Iran or Italy, are not permitted to return to campus until they have completed a 14-day self-isolation period and been cleared to return to campus.
