New Benefit: Get reimbursed for certificate and other professional development programs

Beginning July 23, eligible full-time staff and faculty who have completed three consecutive months of service can take advantage of two new education benefit programs designed to help you grow professionally and personally. The programs will reimburse up to $5,250 per year for a wide range of professional development opportunities. Read More

August J. Washington appointed to senior adviser role in the Division of Administration

August J. Washington, senior associate vice chancellor for public safety and chief of police, will become senior adviser to the vice chancellor for administration on Aug. 1. He will contribute to long-range planning and strategic initiatives across the Division of Administration, focusing on operational excellence, campus safety and cross-departmental collaboration. Tommye Sutton, who is deputy chief of police, will be interim chief of police.
