BELONGING
People, Culture and Belonging launches Kudos to celebrate the moment
The logos for Vanderbilt University and Kudos sit on top of an image of a group of people giving thumbs up.
In a workplace as dynamic as Vanderbilt’s, every individual plays a vital role in advancing its shared mission. Kudos, a digital platform where staff members can recognize and celebrate each other’s efforts, helps shine a light on the incredible work happening across the university while also creating an environment where staff feel valued and seen. Similar to using a Facebook wall, with just a few clicks, you can send a personalized message to a colleague, highlight their contributions and share your gratitude for their work and impact.
