Beasley earned two degrees at Vanderbilt, helped lead two major fundraising campaigns for the university, served on the faculty and held various administrative roles. He worked closely with five chancellors, including serving as counselor to the chancellor after retiring, and played a vital role in the university’s evolution and growth.
