Mayfield, a part of Housing and Residential Experience’s Living Learning Program, will be undergoing emergency utility repairs from March 31 through August 2025.
Located in the Highland Quad, the project will include the replacement of 10,000 waterlines, including domestic hot and cold water as well as HVAC loop. These upgrades will increase the utility reliability for the 2025–26 academic year. The lodges are currently unoccupied, and they are expected to be ready for student use in fall 2025.
Sidewalks along 25th Avenue South and 24th Avenue South will remain open. However, the pedestrian pathways within the fence line (see picture above) will be closed until the completion of the project.
