A portion of Terrace Place between 20th and 21st Avenues will be closed July 9–11 for a construction project on the roof of the Baker Building. All entrances to Terrace Place and Baker parking garages will be open.
Flaggers will be at each end of the closure to guide traffic. One lane will remain open outside of work hours.
It was recently announced that Terrace Place Garage will allow annual permit parking and daily parking beginning July 1.
Daily parking enrollees will use gates in the westernmost entrance to Terrace Place Garage, next to Baker Garage. During this project, daily parking users should turn left onto Terrace Place from 21st Avenue South.
Annual permit holders will use the easternmost entrance of Terrace Place Garage, closest to 20th Avenue South and the cathedral. During this project, annual and hourly parkers and special event reserved spaces should turn left onto Terrace Place from 20th Avenue South.
The lower level of Terrace Place Garage will be reserved at all times.

The construction noise is expected to be minimal.
