Vanderbilt’s graduating students are encouraged to participate in this year’s graduate recognition ceremonies for various identity groups as part of the university’s 2024 Commencement celebrations.
The university’s identity centers and initiatives within Student Affairs are organizing in-person events ahead of Commencement on May 10.
These ceremonies are an opportunity to recognize and congratulate graduates and their families and communities for their continued support of and dedication to the scholars’ academic journeys and achievements.
Below is a list of the 2024 graduate recognition ceremonies and links to their RSVP forms. Graduating students who are part of the listed identity groups are invited to attend the virtual and in-person ceremonies.
Lavender Graduation hosted by the KC Potter Center for LGBTQI Life
