Career Growth Series for staff: Mock interviews

Want to brush up on your interviewing skills? Wondering if your responses are truly conveying your expertise and experiences? Or wondering what it’s like to interview using newer interviewing technology like Spark Hire? 

HR Employee Learning & Engagement invites you to meet with a talent acquisition consultant for a 45-minute mock interview. In the individual sessions, a consultant will provide feedback on your interview and tips on how to prepare. When signing up for a time slot, you may choose to have a live mock interview with feedback during the session, or to experience a Spark Hire interview before the session, where you will then discuss feedback. 

*Mock interviews are confidential with the sole purpose of practicing interviewing; consultants are not acting as career coaches and will not provide advice around the types of roles you might want to apply for, insight into departments, etc. Additionally, consultants will not speak to active job postings or applications.  

Mock interviews are available on June 28 and 29, and July 11 and 12.

The goal of the Career Growth Series is to provide structured, intentional opportunities for staff to focus on their career development and to add tools and resources to their career development tool kit.   

Career Growth Series sessions include crafting your elevator pitch, building your online presence, updating and enhancing your resume, mock interviewing and more.
